Located in a prime spot, our fabulous house is just steps away from Nimmanahaemin (Nimman), next to Maya shopping mall and the Chiang Mai University (CMU) campus. We are also close to the waterfalls and the famous Doi Suthep temple, perched on the mountain overlooking the city.
Our neighborhood is one of the liveliest in Chiang Mai, with a local market, diverse communities, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of amenities. Being in Nimman, the city’s most dynamic and touristic district, you’ll also enjoy quick and easy access to the Old City and main roads.
Our spacious and welcoming house is surrounded by tropical gardens. It features 8 comfortable bedrooms (all with air conditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay), 2 kitchens, 6 showers, a cinema room, a pizza and barbecue corner, 2 living rooms, and several relaxing spaces. Free parking is available.

Everything was good if you are looking for a quirt place very welcoming. We visit as a family of 5 (3 kids) and for that reason felt a bit loudy to the other guess. But this is a personal feeling. The spot was beautiful and Anthony super kind. Thank you for having us!

Private rooms "hostel style" stay. Community shower bathroom and showers.
Had trouble getting transportation there, google atelier 36 offices and coliving or planters hostel, right next to S.N.residence. entering the property will seem like trespassing on private property.
We enjoyed staying in the thai style family room upstairs. Balcony and kitchen. 24 hour lotus 3 min walk away. We used the Bolt app to get around, don't know where to get baht bus.
Great place to get over our jet lag before setting off on our road trip.
