We stayed there four nights and it was wonderful. The staff was marvelous and attentive to details. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a big variety of food to choose from. We would make reservations here again if we are in Chiang Mai. Thanks and thumbs up to the staff!

Hotel Mayu was wonderful! The staff was simply the best of the best! The room was clean with plenty of amenities, including English speaking channels. The free buffet breakfast was quite impressive, and plenty to choose from. The staff was most helpful, especially with calling for Grab and securing prices. We would not hesitate to book a reservation there again. Location convenient to highway and to downtown, as well as close to plenty of restaurants and shopping mall. Thumbs up to Hotel Mayu!

It’s 5 minutes walk from Maya shopping center. 10 minutes to old town by car. 20 minutes to the airport. For shopping, eating just within 10 minutes walk. For spa and massage, it’s also close.the breakfast is also good as they did change some of the food everyday.

Convenient stay and good value for money

Very well located, right next to the Maya shopping mall. Low cost quality of building and finishes. Very thin walls so you could hear everything from people outside in the corridor, people next door and the planes and cars from outside. In the other hand, the mattress and pillows were very nice. Very good cleaning service and good quality and variety of breakfast. They also offer laundry service (1kg clothes, 350 THB) so it was very convenient and it came very well cleaned and ironed.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes far from a great mall and top notch restaurants. Plenty of options for coffee places and stores. The property is super well maintained and clean. Rooms are modern and spacious. Property has a great swimming pool, gym and a good parking lot. The breakfast is fairly good with great options. The proximity with the airport didn’t affect anything, airplanes stop after 10pm and rarely take off before 8am, so regular travelers would not be affect about this. I will definitely stay again in the property when go back to Chiang Mai

The Hotel Mayu has become my go to property on my last three visits to Chiangmai. The convenience is the main reason, it’s in Nimman a walking distance to Mayu Mall and all the little stores and eateries within the Nimman area. The Old Town isn’t more than a ten min Grab ride away if you want to visit. The Mayu is a value for money hotel. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious too. The pool is nice as well, and long enough to do laps. The Breakfast is good, with enough selection to keep you satisfied. The restaurant is only open for breakfast so if you’re looking for a late snack it’s best to buy some food in the grocery in the Mayu Mall, a two minute walk, and fill your refrigerator. The gym is sufficient as well. Equipment new and clean. Tough to beat this value in a hotel.

Amazing breakfast and staff

Overall, a good stay, which was expected when paying a bit more in Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and it seems we got an upgrade as well, which was much appreciated. The pool is a good size with modern equipment and the towels are comfortable. The gym seems well-equipped. Highlight was the amazing breakfast buffet, choices, high quality and very fresh. Items are hot. Staff are young but deliver a friendly service. Everyone supports the customer. Check in was fast and efficient. Location was perfect for our appointments and in 100 meters from the Maya shopping center. As well there is a new precinct with food outlets, bars, boutique shops and entertainment. One point to make is for the hotel to plan ahead of next year's songkran festival. Please advise the arriving guests of the road closures, advise them to arrive early or if late how to get to the hotel. It was a nightmare due to the out of hand concert at the shopping mall.
To order prepared backed eggs. Fried enoki mushrooms were yummy
