Best hotel I stayed at while in Thailand

It was definitely the front desk lady that made this place the best. She offered to book anything I needed and even went out of her way to take me to rent a scooter. The room was nice but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable (typical of every hotel I stayed at in Thailand). location is perfect and within walking distance of many shops, eateries, etc.

Joli dans quartier calme et intéressant .

petit hôtel de charme,calme,un personnel à l'écoute . pas de petit déjeuner et c'est vraiment dommage avec une pâtisserie dans les murs !!!!

Nice guest house with friendly staff

I love their room, location, outside patio, breakfast and staff. My only complaint was the bathroom, which had a whole on the ground as a shower, but I think the price of the hotel was very fair

便利で、見つけやすいホテル

外観も、部屋もこぎれいでおしゃれな感はありました。 が、レストランで朝食が出るものと思っていたのですが、滞在者は２００バーツです。と言われて 料金｛４０００円｝に含まれていないのが残念でした。 また、庭の大木の枝がかなり茂っていて、鬱蒼感あり。 またあくる日のスコータイ行のバスターミナルの時間を知りたいと、言いましたが ＮＯ、と言われガッリ。日本語の教育ができていなかった。

Great Location and Staff

The location is terrific. Close to the center of town with lots of restaurants and easy access to tuk-tuk's to get you any place you want to go in town. Despite the rooms being a little small and showing their age the place is great. The staff is absolutely superb and can arrange any tour you desire. Mimi, Phong and Tay and the rest of the staff are a real asset to this B&B and made my two stays there very enjoyable.

Best location in the Old City!

We loved the casual homey feel of Charcoa House...warm and inviting. Lovely staff...our stay there was wonderful!

God værdi for penge i byens centrum.

Lige inden for bymuren, ingen støj på værelset. Meget venlig og service minded personale. Svag aircondition. Hvis man skal have noget ekstra til morgenmad, så koster det temmelig dyrt.

旧市街の中。食事やバー、レンタルバイクの店が近くにありとても便利です。

ホテル自体はペンションのようにこじんまりと清潔な感じ、旧市街の中ですがとても静かな環境で夜もぐっすりと眠れました。とても好感がもてるホテルです。

habitacion bien, lavabo no recomendable!

El hotel esta bien localizado y en el centro casi casi de la ciudad, se puede ir andando y esta a 8 minutos. La cama es comoda y la habitacion es amplia, el unico inconveniente es que hay muchos mosquitos y ademas el lavabo es muy sucio, la ducha no tiene cortina ni separacion y manchas todo el wc y todo el resto queda encharcado. No es nada higienico.

清潔太差

進房間的第一天，嚇然發現茶杯上有明顯红色的唇膏印，四腳蛇在房內走動，訂房前已致電你公司的職員，他也立即致電到旅店問是否乾乾濕分離的浴室及如厠間，否則便另選其它旅店，但到了旅店後發現不一樣，洗澡後全都濕，感到被騙.了，晚上回旅店，浴室前的地巾失蹤了，請前台取回，他們只給我一條濕得很的地巾，感覺太不清潔？令人大失所望的旅店！
