The type of vibe you want to catch in Chiang Mai. Traditional Thai architecture, beautiful setting and friendly staff. Su is the chillest manager on planet earth. Highly recommended!!!

absolutely beautiful gardens. no other foreigners like other parts of city, friendly helpful staff who even cooked a birthday party for us. location not perfect, required dangerous walk along busy road to access. but location on river excellent especially for those wanting gentle place to read or study. no restaurant but kitchen privileges and nearby modern grocery store.

Bed was too firm. Offered water but you had to go down and fill your bottles in the courtyard from a jug that had unknown quality of water in it.Tv didnt work and really no room service .

This is a traditional Thai house with a beautiful garden. It is a beautiful house where you can feel Chiang Mai. Staff are very friendly. There is a communal kitchen and coffee can be enjoyed in the garden. At the end of the garden, it is attached to the Ping River, so you can take a break while watching the river in the evening. While I was here, I walked to the Saturday Market, Sunday Market, and Night Bazaar. We also walked around the Old Town. for walking exercise. There is a limping market nearby, so you can buy simple food you need. Also, there is a 9-hole public golf club about 700m away, so I enjoyed playing golf early in the morning. Anyway, it was a nice place.
