The location was ideal in the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good m. The hotel supplied water and water guns to help people celebrate Songkran, the Thai new year. Pool was well maintained. They offered free masks to wear because of the smoky air. Great hotel.

The staff are outstanding, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Chiang Mai old city.
