A great stay! Staff was always helpful and patient. Breakfast was fine with eggs, juice, fresh fryit and of course Chiang Mai coffee.

Reception not available after 11pm, although security guard worked it out. Air con broken and without reception didn't have any way to try to find another room, etc. Prices inflated for Loy Kraton festival affected my perception because I'm used to better value in Thailand. Morning staff was helpful with taxi to a different hotel and breakfast staff friendly and eager.

A good location BUT, not one member of staff managed a smile - all of them very surly. Anything you asked appeared to incur an effort & reluctance to respond. Had to change rooms, twice, first one for rotten bed with springs poking through & 2nd room had extremely noisy air con. Breakfast was just about ok but if not having eggs, which were totally plain, everything else was cold. Coffee & tea grim. Wouldn't recommend & would not use again.

Bra för det priset. Poolen var tyvärr rätt smutsig och väldigt kallt i vattnet. Det åtgärdade de dock under våra 2 sista nätter. Frukosten var ok, lite dåligt utbud men tillräckligt för det priset. Incheckningen var supersnabb. Rummet var helt ok, bra städning varje dag.

Leuk hotelletje. Goede service. Zwembad is permanent in de schaduw, dus erg jammer. Deze was ook niet schoon. Personeel was ok. We zaten helaas in het gebouw naast het hotel. Hier was geen lift.

The hotel was close to many places like Thai massage parlors, travel agencies, transportation(bus) and local restaurants. It was a very nice area and a walking distance from night life. The housekeeping was well done and they were very eco friendly and green.

Average room - Need to clean more.

The room was not so clean. There was dusty under the desk after sat there with my socks on. It was noisy. A dog barked at 6 am in the morning and 7 am on the second day. The guest house I stayed last year was much better compare to the hotel for the same price.
