Beautiful villa but....

Overall the stay was great (beautiful villa, good breakfast, excellent location) however there were a few small issues that made the stay more difficult than it should have been. Firstly even though the hotel description mentions free self parking it is actually public parking on the street. We expected protected parking inside the fence not on the street and while this was not a problem for us it might become one if the spots are taken. Secondly we arranged with the hosts to provide us the free shuttle to the airport however that has almost become a nightmare as they never answered their phones and were half hour late from the agreed time to open the reception so we can take our luggage (there is no front desk open during the day as advertised).

初めてのチェンマイ訪問でチェンマイがこんなに気に入ったのは、このホテルのおかげが半分くらいを占めます。現地のガイドさんが言うには、貴重なランナー型式の邸宅で、プライバシーは保たれた中でも非常に開放的な空間でした。自分たち以外にはゲストがいないと言う安心感。本当に自分の家のようでした。朝食もタイ式、タイ式のお粥、アメリカンブレックファーストの３タイプから選ぶことができ(私たちは毎朝タイ式を選びましたけど)、美味しかったです。フルーツの量がすごかった。 スタッフもとても親切です。立地も良く、ワットプラシンに歩いてすぐです。近くにファンペンという美味しい北タイ料理のレストランや、MAKKHAという素敵なスパもあります。いずれも歩いて数分のところにあります。有名なSPチキンも歩いてすぐです。 これから日本人にチェンマイは人気が出るだろうなあと思います。
