Our stay as a family of 6 was truly exceptional. The hotel has a zen quality and there were activities for each member of our family. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are luxurious. If you can, get the Horizon level. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!

All the staff were polite and helpful and the lifeguards also did very well in ensuring everyone was safe in the pool. My son had a cut and they were swift to clean him up and gave him some ointment. My kids had so much fun at the kids club and we really enjoyed our stay so much! Location was convenient and walkable to night markets, massage places and food places. Will definitely be back again!

We had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. While not brand new, the pool was excellent service was five stars and the buffet in the morning is incredible. It’s a great central location walkable to many things. We had a wonderful stay here and thank everyone so much.
