Tout est bien, au calme, propre... sauf le personnel d'accueil : pas un mot d'anglais. Ils sont obligés d'appeler leur manager à la moindre demande. Une demi heure pour leur faire comprendre que nous souhaitions une nuit supplémentaire (le site n'etait pas accessible)... la veille de notre départ, nous leur demandons de nous réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport ... pas fait ... Bref, pour un hotel de ce genre, un munimum d'anglais serait peut etre à prevoir.
