The Legend is a lovely hotel by the river. The rooms are large charming cottage-style, some with patio and the sound of fountains. The hotel restaurant we chose (there a two) has very good Thai food at reasonable prices. Service is exceptional.

We love The Legend - stayed there a few times on our trips to Chiang Rai. The hotel has amazing location on the Kok river. The breakfast buffet is beyond amazing. It was out-dated room a bit but in a good way for me. Something that makes you feel like traveling back in time in Chaing Rai. the GM Eric and all staffs are so kind and friendly. Their hospitality mind just out of the wolrd for this price point. I never had any breakfast with live thai traditional music before and I can see all the attention to details for creating such a nice ambience to the place. Magical ! Thank you for the experience
