We had a wonderful stay here, the staff was very helpful, in recommending places to eat, local hikes to take, transportation. The room was as beautiful as the website showed, steller views. We did not have a car which makes it a bit difficult to get around, the man at the front desk actually called one of his local contacts to drive us so we could get to our lunch place on a rainy day and catch our bus back to the HSR. He really went out of his way to help us out. The only downside for this property is that unless you have a car it takes 15 min walk to get to anything, but this was all very clear as soon as you look at the maps so not a surprise.

舒適漂亮

房間非常舒適，主人熱情解說早餐時間與隔天日出時間與看日出地點，中式早餐非常美味，自產的茶也很好喝

建築美、周邊景觀更美的優質民宿

民宿本身被蓋得非常漂亮，而更漂亮的是其周邊的景觀，無論是在房間休息、或是到餐廳用餐時，都可以看到大片的山林和茶田，令人心曠神怡。 附近就有茶霧之道的入口，可銜接至二延平步道的觀景平台，這裡的日落與雲海真的超級美；另外在附近的公路邊還有個看日出兼賞櫻的景點，也很值得推薦。民宿主人相當熱心，可向其請教附近的景點和餐廳。 如果硬要挑毛病，大概就是交通吧，公車站牌（隙頂站）距離民宿要步行10-15分鐘，想去用餐或買東西也要走個15-20分鐘，對不開車的人而言不太方便，有這方面問題的人請自行斟酌。

差強人意

沒有溫度的旅宿，這種價格對比之下，連最基本服務的要求都無法做到，實在令人失望！ 另床鋪偏硬，床單整潔度待加強，被套下有一小撮頭髮… 但內部環境與裝潢，以及前方觀景台能賞雲瀑是不錯的，但目前前方有民宿擴建施工，會影響視野！

老闆服務態度很好，但網站應先告知房型於路旁會吵

老闆服務態度很好，早餐很豐盛，房間與衛浴乾淨，停車方便。但以如此房價而言，房間空間小，房間位於車道旁很吵，在貴網站訂房時不知道房型，到住宿地點無法選房間，連續住宿也告知無法換房間。或許是訂房擁擠，但房型建議應先告知才是。謝謝詢問。

有點小遺憾的住宿經驗

原來期待很高，網站的照片和評價很好。到了有點小失望，因為民宿本身建築很有特色，且房間有很好的景觀；但在景觀面目前施工蓋新樓，有點吵，且遮擋舊樓的視線，又離房間很近，覺得有點可惜，不知蓋完之後如何了。

極力推薦的超優質民宿

民宿主人3人非常親切, 從介紹房間, 出外用餐, 看夕陽, 到親自帶隊賞嘉義夜景, 都接待的超棒! 此外, 民宿有絕佳的位置與環境, 位在阿里山區但離嘉義市只須開車1小時, 民宿外就可看日出(不用早起趕車), 夜晚抬頭即可望星空; 周邊就有竹林步道, 以及遼闊的茶園美景; 繼續往阿里山森林也算方便! 還有值得一提的, 民宿準備的中式早餐, 好豐盛好好吃喔!! 7月入住一晚的我們, 很幸運看到了日出, 雲瀑, 日落彩霞, 滿天星斗, 銀河與流星! 阿里山另一美景:雲海, 我們留待秋冬再訪"十方山水"

很用心經營的民宿

這次住宿樓中樓房型，除了床墊稍硬之後，房間都很完美，陽台外的view也很不錯，晚上民宿主人還提供額外的服務，帶領大家欣賞很讚的夜景，可惜天空烏雲多了點，沒能看到滿天星空。
