Super friendly and helpful staffs, great breakfast, building is a little aged, well maintained though! Easy access from JR, walking distance to the Grand Mall shopping complex! Less hustle and bustle than Tokyo downtown, but very accessible from Narita airport. Will stay there again in the future!

Nice and new hotel about 30 mins from Narita Airport (with Limousine bus). Big mall about 20 mins (walking) away. Hotel room are small but clean and have all the amenities.

Convenient, comfortable hotel

Great location by the train station, stadium, and event center. The breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were small, but comfortable. Some of the linens/walls were a bit worn/damaged. The staff were all lovely!

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. The rooftop hot spring is large and there is an indoor and outdoor section. The breakfast is also very good, with two styles to choose from: Western (buffet) and Japanese (kaisen-don). Last, there is a Lawson connected to the hotel and the train station is 5 mins walk. At the train station, there is a bus that will take you to either Narita or Haneda airport (~45mins), and if you want to go to Tokyo, it’s also around 1h of transit time.

Good

It locates in a good place for sightseeing of Asakusa. Breakfast is very good. One can choose a dish among four kinds of main dishes as sandwich, with simple buffet. It's delicious. Although the room is small contrary to the ad pic and there was a bit of plumbing noise when the bathroom door is not close, it is not a big problem in Japan. I would like to visit again.
