Lovedddddd this hotel! Excellent location, literally steps away from the train station. The front desk staff were polite most of the time. The room itself was immaculate. Perfectly set and vert comfortable. They even provided pajamas. Very happy with my stay there, will definitely use this hotel again!

The staff are amazing and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are relatively small, but immaculate. The breakfast is a must for a mere 1900~ yen. The bathroom is massive with a separate room just for showering and bathing. And there is a massive 3 floor, 4 block shopping mall next to it. Although most the mall does close at around 2100.

Such a great stay! Easy check in, plenty of amenities including babu bath salts, face masks, and more. Really clean hotel, and super convenient transportation and location. Located right next to Aeon mall and the train station. We came here after our stay at Disneyland and before our way back to Narita airport. From Disneyland it was one train, and to Narita, it was one train ride plus one bus ride. We would definitely stay again whether it be this location or another!

Really nice hotel!!!!

Very nice new hotel right next to the JR East RR station. Aeon New City mall also next door. Staff was overwhelmingly courteous and helpful. Nice surprise of breakfast buffet included with western and Japanese items. Convenience store attached also for late night needs. Probably the nicest place we’ve stayed in quite awhile! Highly recommend.
