Hotel room was very small compared to the price we paid of more than $200. Bed was small not long enogh for a tall guy (6ft) my legs were liberally out of the bed. Breakfast was not included, where as in expedia it was mentioned as breakfast included.

Fantastic location on Michigan Ave however our room had filthy carpeting and a teeny bathroom. We’d reserved for rooms for 2 nights for our family and two of our sons had to move because the room was unsatisfactory. Staff was helpful in assisting. We liked the idea of an established hotel celebrating their 100th anniversary however cleaning the carpeting for the celebration would’ve been appropriate.

Nice historic property with fresh, clean visual renovations. Lobby bar and social area is comfortable and inviting. Mattress, pillows, and sheets were fine. On the harder side. Older bathroom fixtures, narrow doorways, plain theme. Lobby on 2nd Floor creates congestion at elevators and entrance.

A property that’s right in the heart of the magnificent mile. Easy walking distance to food options. Have stayed here multiple times. There’s a self park garage right next door, or for $10 more you can valet at the hotel.

There was an issue with the room I was originally given. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer about listening and reassigning me to a different room! I will be staying here again on my next visit-thanks to the staff and the location near so much!

Parking was extremely easy, however it cost nearly $100 and once you parked you couldn’t retrieve your car. Luckily, everything was walkable so we didn’t have an issue. Our room was fine, but oh so small. The view was an alleyway and we only had one tiny window in our room. The fridge was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen but held a few things. The bathroom was bice and everything felt and looked clean. We were given two towels, no hand towel, and one wash cloth. Seemed really odd for a two person stay. All in all, it was fine for the price I found on a 3rs party website but isn’t worth spending over $100 a night on.

The parking is poorly marked and a challenge during rush hour traffic. There is valet parking but not well marked.The hotel is very close to a major hospital, however, in the middle of the night ambulances don't use their sirens unless absolutely necessary. Staff, cleaniness and location were wonderful.

Lovely historic building in a very central location. I wish the tip tap top was actually open and there were more going on in the building than just limited bar hours, but it’s clean, quiet and comfortable

This hotel had its ups and down. First when we arrived we had to wait 3hrs after the check in time even when promised we would receive early check in. The front desk wasn’t so helpful about the situation.they ended up having to upgrade us to a different room in which the fridge didn’t work. Now don’t get me wrong the hotel is beautiful and beds and pillows were comfortable. but I would say that the valet parking was $65 a day. The parking lot next door cost $59 dollar a day. None the less The area is beautiful and near shops, restaurants, and museums which was a plus.
