Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
The hotel advertises a rooftop bar or restaurant, but upon arrival staff did not mention it at all. When we asked, we were told it was closed, as was the pool. No further explanation, alternatives, or compensation were offered. The complimentary breakfast was average, with the same items every morning ...
