Communication with Dylan was quick and reliable! Very easy check-in and check-out. If you are from out of town, I would say this area of felt less than safe. The lock on the door was very secure, but could be tricky to work at times. Although cleanliness was less than desirable, there were plenty of towels available! Unfortunately some dishes were put away dirty & we had to wash before usage. Some of the flooring is coming up and can be sharp to step on. We taped some areas down, but I recommend extra socks or slippers to walk around the apartment. Front entry way could use some TLC, as it was littered with garbage and splattered with mud. Overall, if you are a type B person and looking to sleep a lot of people for an affordable price, this is fine for a few days!

Not a bad place. It was close to the L pink line, so travel to and from downtown was easy. Had a couple issues on arrival, but everything was worked out in a little while. Housekeeper probably needs to be evaluated. I left an ear bud, an earring and several other items that I found on the couch when we arrived. Overall, it's a decent place.
