Excellent place to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chicago. The property was easy to get to and very comfortable and clean, and the host was fantastic. I will definitely be renting this place again if I am in the area.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. A special shout-out to the little one who seemed to have everything perfectly organized—she clearly runs a tight ship! If ever in the neighborhood again, we're coming back!

Ricky was amazing from start to finish! We were in Chicago to do college tours with our daughter, and the location was perfect - close to a train station too, which allowed us to easily see downtown without the hassle of parking once those tours were finished. We loved the neighborhood of North Center - lots of restaurants! Ricky even provided a curated list of options for us. The best review I can leave is this anecdote… when Ricky checked in with us and asked about the beds and bedding, our teenager said she liked her bed better than the one she has at home. That says a lot coming from a teen!

Nice Place, Great Location

The property was perfect for a short stay (we were just there for one night). Location is a short walk to Wrigley Field so perfect if you plan to catch a Cubs game. The photos in the listing are accurate but it gives the impression that you have the whole house that is shown but the accommodations are in the basement so it isn't very bright. The host was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood that felt safe and well maintained. Ricky was a very kind and thoughtful host, and he made sure we had no trouble getting in and out. The lock takes a little getting used to, but he checked in to be sure we were all set.The living room was one of our favorite spots. The sectional couch and TV made it easy to relax at the end of a busy day. The kitchen and bathroom have been modernized nicely, while the original woodwork and floors give the place some old Chicago charm.We’re grateful for the hospitality and the comfortable place to call home during our time in Chicago.

Cubs game

The property was nice. Easy to get to. Fun play sets for little kids. Only issue we had was the toilet kept running if you didn’t pay attention to it if you didn’t push up the handle and water flowing out of shower because of the small glass door. No garbage bags found anywhere to replace the only used one we had.

Great Host

My wife and I were attending a show and stayed for a night. It's fairly close to the Aragon Ballroom and has lots of dining options nearby. The host was attentive and easy to reach. He even shoveled the snow at 11pm; as it had snowed during the show and when it was over several inches had fallen. Well done sir, cleanest walk in the neighborhood.Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Super clean, very friendly host and he was super helpful for anything we needed! Location was close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Only thing that was a shock was that it was the basement of the main house, it was not a problem but was a little confusing at first. Over all LOVED this place and the kids wanted to stay longer.
