The Space:

This is literally the best new construction Airbnb available in downtown Chicago. We just took the tape off this brand new construction property. EVERYTHING is 100% new! We have tailored our property to host large groups that want to stay together with great communal areas to all hang out together.



Our rooftop patio cannot be beat! We have a refrigerated wine cooler on the rooftop to make the experience complete! There is plenty of seating around our outdoor TV. Enjoy the rooftop TV for a game or a movie under the lights of the city. It is an incredible experience!



Guest Access:

You will receive check in information 1 hour prior to check in time.



The Neighborhood:

This is in the BOOMING River North district. Just a short walk to Michigan Ave, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, the bean and endless amazing bars and restaurants!



Getting Around:

5 minute walk to the El stop (train) to get anywhere in the city or a quick / cheap Uber or taxi ride to anywhere in the city.

Great place for a bigger group!

Had some friends getting together and the rooftop balcony was a lot of fun! Super nice place too, kitchens and bathrooms were well done and clean. Recommend.

Family trip

The place was great. Added plus for our family of green space and a park right across from the building that the kids could play in. Someone else mentioned the stairs and there were a lot and they were steep so if any of your peeps have issues with stairs this should be considered. For us it was a nice workout!

Spacious Group Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the two units — plenty of beds and bathrooms for a big crew. There are a lot of stairs to get to the units which are on different floors.
