Located inside one of the iconic Wrigley Rooftops, and just a few steps away from Wrigley Field, this apartment offers an experience second to none. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy all that Chicago has to offer and then relax in a brand new fully-appointed apartment in the heart of Wrigleyville. Tickets can be purchased to experience a Chicago Cubs baseball game from one of the Wrigley Rooftops where they will enjoy all-you-can-eat delicious food, unlimited beers/beverages, and a prime seat looking right into Wrigley Field.

Recently built from the ground up and featured on the travel channel, you will love our beautifully appointed four-bedroom apartment just steps from Wrigley Field. Situated as close to the entrance to the park as you can get within one of the iconic wrigley rooftops, you will be able to immerse yourself in the surrounding wrigleyville festivities while relaxing comfortably in your fully furnished, private apartment.
Our four-bedroom legends suite will accommodate 9 guests comfortably with king size beds in three of the bedrooms and a queen and twin size bed in in the fourth bedroom. All beds come with luxurious down bedding and high thread-count bed linens as well as top-rated memory foam mattresses.
The legends suite also boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, dining area, and washer and dryer in-unit. With the combination of the beautiful amenities in our brand new legends suite and the exciting surroundings of wrigleyville, you will be sure to enjoy yourself in this unique location. Don't forget to bring your baseball glove for those fly balls!

Inn Units do not give access to the Wrigley Rooftops. Tickets would need to be purchased directly with Wrigley Rooftops. We do not have parking. Parking can be reserved using Spot Hero or there is a larger lot on Halsted and Addison.

The whole trip was so awesome but the room was so perfect. Being lifelong Cubs fans it was amazing to open the blinds and see wrigley field right there. Thank you so much for letting us have early arrival. It really was needed. We will check on using this property in the future.

Best Location for Baseball!

I surprised my husband for his 60th birthday with a long weekend going to the Red Sox vs Cubs series (the Red Sox's is his team). He flew into Chicago from a business trip on Friday and got dropped off at the house to be surprised by having all of our kids waiting for him. The next day we had a handful of good friends just show up at the house to attend the game with us. The location was perfect for this! We had plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortable, and the beds very comfortable! Great layout in the kitchen and living room to have pre-game snacks and drinks. We will for sure rent again for a baseball weekend!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this property. The primary criteria for choosing was the location being that we were heading to the Cubs night game. It’s in the center of after-game nightlife and the property had ample space for a group of four.

Perfect location

It was great to be able to walk to Cubs games and back right after. It was a cold three days worth of game so very nice to be able to walk across the street and get warm quick. The place was absolutely great! Very spacious and comfy. The property manager was so very easy to work with when we requested an early check in. Thanks and we look forward to our next stay there. Chicago for Cubs

This is a perfect location if you are coming to Wrigley for the Cubs or some other Wrigley event. This was a Fri-Sun with the Saturday Cubs game as the main event. The Legends Suite is perfect because of its proximity to everything, you can walk to the game, to shopping and to every bar/restaurant in the neighborhood.Check in and check out were easy and communication between host/property manager was immediate and awesome.You are right next to Wrigley, so there is going to be ballpark noise. At 6 AM both mornings there was a loud noise that sounded like dumpsters being dragged or emptied that lasted for an hour. We put in earplugs and fell bavk to sleep. As context, on Friday we were in the suite when the Cubs game ended and we sang Go Cubs Go as if we were in the stadium. Again, you are next to the ballpark. Not only would we stay here again, we are already discussing what events we should do that would allow us to stay here again.

Just missed the mark!

Location was great however there were some disappointing items. 1. The kitchen was not stocked well for families wanting to stay in and cook. The property lacked proper amount of cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. 2. The floors were extremely dirty! 3. Light bulbs were burned out in many of the bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and under kitchen cabinets. 4. The TV remote was not synced properly. 5. The kitchen faucet leaked when pulled out from the mount to rinse the sinks.

We wanted to stay in Wrigleyville and this property was perfect! The condo is literally across the street from the right field foul pole. Less than a block to Murphy's Bleachers and next door to Sports Corner bar. The condo was perfect for our group.

This place is awesome. The location is amazing. Walking distance from all of Wrigleyville. Train station right by the place. 20 min Uber to anywhere. The house is spacious for friends. Simple furniture but it’s prefect for this place. Would definitely go back.

Not up to par

The property was in a great location but for the price it should have been so much more. Here were the major issues: -No one to meet us to give us the key to check in. We inadvertently found the key under the door mat. We were even told that a specific person would meet us at check in time. -The key pad on the door did not work and we were only given two keys for a house that sleeps 10 people. -The door keys did not work in the dead bold, only in the lower door lock. This resulted in locking people out on several occasions when the dead bold was engaged. Very frustrating -Lots of burnt out light bulbs. -Very few kitchen utensils -Only 4 coffee mugs -No real coffee maker -Mold growing in both showers -No lamps in bedrooms -Broken curtains in bedrooms -Too few night stands -Only 3 Tide-pods. Again for house that has towels for 10 people, this is way too few. Overall, could have been a great place but was lacking, not high end like it looks.

This property was wonderful for our long weekend. Easy to the el and close to the family events planned. Easy check in and check out. Nice spaces. Comfy beds. Close to useful stores - 7 11, donuts, liquor store. We really enjoyed the weekend. Only frustration -we had 8 people and there wasn't flatware, glasses or coffee mugs for 8.

This place was great - so nice and great location. The only thing I'd say is if you are going on an off Cubs weekend you might still want to look up what's happening at Wrigley. 7 am sharp Saturday morning we were basically in the middle of the "Worlds largest HIIT workout". Great Property - Great Location

Great property, great location. Central to everything Wrigleyville and easy to find/access with Alley next to property. Unfortunately, we visited off season and the Cubs had permission to do construction all night long. Between that and the El, it was loud at night and hard to sleep. Access was easy, but be sure to read list of what is included (had to buy extra toilet paper, etc). Place was truly stunning.
