The Leo Loft is a spacious and art deco inspired 2 bed/2 bath apartment located in West Town Chicago, one of the premier live/work spaces achoring Chicago's desirable West Loop neighborhood. The Leo Loft has newly installed wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, designer baths, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a beautiful dining area and large master bedroom with a glamourous ensuite bathroom. The Leo Loft also has a washer/dryer in unit, keyless entry and one dedicated parking space.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.

Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Beautiful Property
The property was beautiful! It was large and very well appointed. The beds were SUPER comfortable. It was farther from the Magnificent Mile than I realized, but we had excellent Uber drivers. Both bathrooms had only one set of towels each, but it was not an issue for me. The area is being restored, so it’s not yet a “walking around” neighborhood yet, but I expect it will be very soon.

Hidden Gem, so convenient
It was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a coffee pot, filters and coffee. And they had a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator that was full upon check in. The owner provided everything we could possibly require. There were plenty of pillows on each bed. I loved that it had an in unit washer and dryer, dedicated off street parking, and was so close to the public bus stop.
