Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

It was a great apartment in a great location. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a good size. Loved the neighborhood and all the food options. Had to uber or take public transport to get anywhere else but we knew that anyways. We would definitely stay again!

It was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were warm and inviting. The living room was comfortable with room for all of us. The bedrooms had wonderful beds and bedding. It was located in area with a variety of restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurants, and bars/sports bars. The host was responsive to questions via the VRBO app or by text. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely space! We had everything we needed, including extra linens and cleaning supplies, for our stay. Super easy to get in and the host is really responsive. Great location near a lot of restaurants, shops, and public transit. The parking spot behind the building was incredibly convenient and the extra parking passes were useful as well! Great stay, I'd happily come again.

Great apartment! Easy to find, beautiful inside with comfy beds and AC (it was hot our trip). Apartment is located in a very pretty neighborhood and community. Easy to access downtown and other parts of city. Would happily book again when visiting this area of the city!

Girls trip in Chicago

Friends who met the first day of college in 1976 chose Chicago for our annual trip and Bella Vista as our accommodations. The apartment looked just like the photos…clean and nicely appointed, in a good neighborhood, close to the city. We enjoyed our visit!

Wonderful spot for our get away

Several great restaurants very close by. Safe location. Little extras (snacks, extra linens, stocked kitchen, toiletries, games, to go menus) were appreciated. There was music at the restaurant next door in the evenings, but that’s to be expected when staying in an area with restaurants.

The accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was also thoughtfully stocked with nice extras making it feel like a home away from home.
