    Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

    Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

    The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

Bella Villa was an amazing home for our family stay! It was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location is perfect! Very walkable in a great neighborhood, on a bus line, and a short walk to trains. Communication with the host was excellent! Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Chicago!

This has been my favorite chicago rental so far! It has 1 dedicated parking space. The host has included many little extras like coffee, bathroom amenities, games, books, bath robes. There were way more than enough towels. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms had their own deadbolts and blackout curtains. Everything was super clean and comfortable! The area is cute and has lots of snacks and restaurants. Walkable to bus stops and the Pink Line train ($5 24h pass for all trains/buses) and the area felt safe and populated even after midnight walking to/from transit. Only thing to note is it is very close to active college town bars and they stayed consistently noisy long into the wee hours of the morning. Didn’t bother us but be aware if it bothers you. We will definitely check if this one is available when we travel next time!

The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of and need, bandaids, snacks, toiletries, washing detergent etc. The Tv is signed into the apps, and it’s just an easy breezy time. It’s located perfectly to restaurants and bakeries. I love the location and the host was very perfect! I would stay again

It was a great apartment in a great location. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a good size. Loved the neighborhood and all the food options. Had to uber or take public transport to get anywhere else but we knew that anyways. We would definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Easy to find, beautiful inside with comfy beds and AC (it was hot our trip). Apartment is located in a very pretty neighborhood and community. Easy to access downtown and other parts of city. Would happily book again when visiting this area of the city!
