Very clean hotel for a good price. Super close to the airport and not a bad drive to downtown Chicago. Breakfast had a good selection. I would stay here again.

It’s was a good value and close to Allstate arena. You can just take the bus to the arena. Located in a nice area. There are a few restaurants a brief walk away like 2 minutes.

Gym has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, a place to do push ups, 2 of each 5 to 25 lb weights. Every equipment in proper working order. Everything in room in working order. Breakfast had a very good variety considering it is complimentary. Had a small issue upon arrival with cleanliness that staff was happy to accommodate. Overall a positive experience. Would do it again.

When we arrived the doors were blocked with yellow tape. Found they were painting. You could tell by the smell that it was at one time a smoking hotel. The beds were not great but would be ok for an overnighter. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a typical hotel complimentary breakfast. Worked for what we needed it for.

Room was very spacious it was clean only thing that I recommend is maybe a sofa in the room as well it was a lot of space and would have been nice to be able to just sit on a couch instead of a chair that didn't recline but other than that it was a really really nice room. I would stay there again

I was worried because of past reviews showing roaches, bedbugs and how dirty the rooms were, however the place is much cleaner now. They could do a little better job of cleaning underneith everything since there were hairs left from people who stayed there before, but overall much better than the past pictures suggested. I can't speak to the queen sizes rooms, but we were very happy with our king Jacuzzi room. Hopefully we get our security deposit back since we left the room how we got it, time will tell on that. Breakfast was basic but good, especially taking into account that it was free. Parking was pretty secluded around the back and sides of the building and did not feel particularly unsafe at any point. I wouldn't expect them to help if you got anything stolen from your vehicle though; didn't really see cameras anywhere.

My husband and I stayed one night here so we could attend a concert at the Allstate Arena. The women’s restroom on the first floor of the lobby area was out of order and the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work at all so we couldn’t get ice for our room. We would stay again if we had too.
