The staff was helpful and provided prompt attention to any request. The location is relatively close to the Airport and Blue-Line (for your traveling to downtown). For us (me and my wife) this was an excellent place to stay in our visit.

The staff was nice. Had to wait pretty long for the shuttle. We just needed to stay 1 night because we had a layover. It was a good stay and it appears we stayed in the middle of renovation. The room itself was nice, clean, and cozy. I only had an issue with the shower head as it had a lot of rust around it. For a reasonable overnight stay, I would stay again. Not sure i would stay for multuple days.

The hotel is easy to get to and very close to the airport. I’m enthusiastic about airplanes so it was great to see the planes landing or taking off. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute drive from the blue line which was extremely convenient. It was quiet and the room was very clean. Parking was free and easy to access.

I wish your hotel would NOT use styroform....so bad for our environment....why not paper??? The hotel room was very clean....the coffee was terrible. Can you consider a better brand? Starbucks, Carribou....I couldn't drink whatever was in the room.....the RECEPTION STAFF was kind, professional and excellent communication skills.
