This hotel was exceptional. From the staff to the extra clean rooms. A big plus was the shuttle to the United Center. They even stayed late to pick us up. The valet employees were great. All in all I highly recommend.

Great hotel choice but disappointing restaurant.

This hotel was clean, friendly, and well located to the medical district. Its free shuttle for rides within a mile was welcome. The only downside was the limited menu & open hours - no lunch - at its Bistro restaurant.
