Property was as described & communication with JD was very good. Highlight was the nearby Happiness Chinese Restaurant for takeout. No frills but great tasting & price. Car parking in 13th street was no problem as we weren’t there on street cleaning day.

We stayed once and came back a couple weeks later. Apt. Is very conveniently located and we enjoyed all the conveniences. Jd is the host and so easy to communicate with. His concern is always what the guest needs. He’s great! Very quiet, safe apartment!!

Very spacious and clean, parking was close to the apartment. Hallways did smell like cigarettes, but the apartment inside didn’t. The Apartment was very clean and overall a good neighborhood.

LIKE BEING AT HOME!!!

The title says it all! Super clean, great bed, very quiet, kitchen well stocked and nicely decorated. We had 1 small issue that wasn’t that important but the host was right on top of it and took care of it immediately! Communication was great! We’ll definitely be back! Great value for the money!! We highly recommend this apartment!

Pretty sure the host is AI 80% of the time in the chat. Apartment was clean and as pictured. No issues finding parking. However, car was stolen halfway through stay (still yet to be found) and there was an odd interaction with someone nearby on the street. Police explained there has been a recent uptick in vehicle thefts in that area so may be a new problem. Also, the apartment building itself reeks like marijauna. The apartment itself does not but you can smell it is extremely strong when entering the building until you get into the apartment. Both of our issues are out of the hosts control but important for others to be aware of.
