The best thing about our stay was the convenient location, about a mile from Ravinia. Self free parking was a nice amenity as well. That said, the room itself, although clean, was poorly designed. The television screen was located on the long side of the bed instead of directly in front. Also shower/bathroom area needs an upgrade.

The prepaid choices for breakfast for two people were not especially good. I waited for over 15 minutes for a piece of coffee cake, because I was forgotten. The coffee cake was hard as a rock. When it came time to get on the shuttle for Ravinia, not organized at all. Someone should have been out there with the list of who signed up. People were eager to push others out of the way. Hotel itself was clean and desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds down the street....maybe 3 minutes away...

Hotel was close to the highway and room was nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Workout room was nice but well maintained. Parking was easy with nice spacing between cars. Noise from highway was noticeable but not loud. It would be way too noisy if any windows were cracked open.
