Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the bathroom comes with a bathtub for relaxing after a long day. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

A Little Extra Peace of Mind 🍃

We’re pleased to offer an optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for $35 per stay as an alternative to a traditional security deposit, providing you with added peace of mind while staying in our home.



The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, including everyday mishaps such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please keep in mind that the waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not apply to intentional damage, theft, missing items, unauthorized parties, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pet-related damage, or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or reckless behavior.



Guests who choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver will remain responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
