  • This is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment that is cozy and contemporary! This unit is located in Evanston’s arts district, surrounded by local shops, tree lined streets, and is a short distance to restaurants, the lakefront, Northwestern University, and various large hospitals.

    Established in 1863, the town is known for having some of the most beautiful historic homes and architecture. You can fill a day simply by walking around and seeing the local neighborhood streets.

My son and I just needed a one night, in and out stay between a couple ball games. Our host was very charming and prompt will any details or replies. The property was extremely pleasant and comfortable. It appeared newly renovated and was immaculately cleaned. Had we had the need for a longer-term stay, it was supplied with everything one could imagine. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

Adorable stay outside the city

Loved this spot. Easy street parking, easy to find, seemed like a very safe neighborhood, very clean and comfortable bed. Unit above was very quiet. We would stay here again and again!

We needed a place to stay for the night, because we went to a concert, and it was such a great experience. When we checked in, I was really surprised about how accurate the pictures looked to the actual rooms. Everything was clean, there weren’t any weird smells, and no plumbing problems. I would stay again!

Perfect place

We were in Evanston for a week to visit friends and family. The apartment was perfect for the two of us…..clean, well-appointed, comfortable…and in a great location…a bit off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood, with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee places. We would stay again.

Charming, clean and comfy place

Imani’s apartment is in a great location and was sparkling clean with a very comfortable bed and couch. It appears to be freshly renovated. Check in was simple and easy. Imani is prompt to reply to questions and we would definitely stay at her place again.

Evanston weekend

This VRBO was perfect - everything looks brand new! The kitchen is well organized with all we would have needed and the sitting room and television were comfortable and easy to use. We loved the quiet neighborhood-parking was easy- and it was only ten minutes from my grandson at northwestern. We would definitely stay there again!

Cutest Small Property

This small scale property had everything we needed for the week. The location was nestled in a residential area within walking distance to the lake, coffee and family living in Evanston just south of downtown. Clean and well appointed with a cute little coffee area in the side yard.
