About this property

Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient apartment. Close to everything!

Beautifully designed space. Very relaxing layout with all the amenities of home. Minutes from Oak Park Arts district. A quick 3 minute walk to public transportation or a major highway to access downtown Chicago or all that Oak Park has to offer. We are a couple of blocks away from 2 parks. There is a public golf course 5 minutes from the unit. We are close to many restaurants and North Riverside shopping mall is only 10 minutes away! There are stairs to the 2nd floor so if you have challenges going up stairs I suggest you consider a more accessible unit. We look forward to your stay! Welcome home. NO PARTIES OR GET TOGETHERS ARE ALLOWED.

Glad to have found this gem in Oak Park for a two-night stay with friends. Booking and checking in was easy and seamless. Free street parking was a huge bonus. The space was super cute and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and getting into the city was super easy (we chose to use Lyft instead of the train, but there are train stations within walking distance. Would definitely book this property again the next time I come to Chicago.

Perfect location!!

Cute, easy access and very thorough directions. The property was very easy to find! Neighbors were also very friendly and knew the owner! We actually Ubered to Wrigley Field. Just there one night.. the beds were AMAZING!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot to Stay

This was a great little space to stay at in the Chicago area. The pictures look just like the place, super clean and ready to go. Big enough to spread out and relax if we had another couple or kids. Check in/check out was very easy. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Visited Chicago for my son’s college graduation the same weekend as the Beyoncé concert so finding a place was a challenge. I lucked in to this sweet little second floor apartment. The stairs were a little tricky but lots of railings made it doable even with big luggage. Super clean and well furnished. Would recommend.

This is the top floor of a two story house. It was close to everything we needed. And the main bedroom had a very comfy bed! I loved having a window in the shower as well. Great place!

Lovely Stay at the Humphrey

We were very comfortable at the Humphrey. The decor is nice and cozy and it has pretty much everything we needed. There are some spiral stairs to access the property which would make it difficult on those who struggle with stairs or un sure footing. Our host was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again, check in and check out were easy and parking as well.

This place is super close to the Blue line station. Very convenient to only have to walk a few minutes to get to the train. The place was clean and full of comfy, premium furniture. No complaints!!

We were impressed by the overall ambiance of the property. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. I brought in my own beddings and towels since I got the place to host visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was actually unnecessary. The kitchen was immaculate and seemingly unused.

Wonderful Apartment near Chicago

We booked this place for a long weekend with the intention of leaving the car in Oak Park and taking the train into town. This apartment is in the perfect location - easy walking distance to the blue line. The apartment itself has been renovated and is very upscale. We were impressed with the place. Lots of space. Two bedrooms, living room, dining room. Nice shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood was nice. I parked my car on Friday and didn't need it until I left on Monday. The Blue line train is less than a five minute walk.

Professional Learning in the City

We stayed at this property for one night while we participated in some professional learning in the city. We rode the blue line into town and the metro home. This property is very clean and a perfect location to be able to park and not worry about downtown parking fees. We were able to communicate with the property manager regarding parking prior to us checking in. Everything here was delightful.
