Hello Cstherine C1Thanks for the 4/5 review! After looking at your reservations you have two rooms booked. The deposit is 50.00 per room. We release the deposit the night you check out once checking the room. We do not hold your deposit for 30 days. It depends on how many days, typically 5-10 business days for your bank takes to remove the pending status. We have a sign posted at the front desk of this policy and sent you an email welcome letter stating the 50.00 deposit when you booked the room.
