This was a very unique hotel experience, with an amazing full kitchen on the Lobby level. Make sure to pay attention to your check-in text, as you get a code for access to the main building!

The ladies in the front were super sweet and helpful! I had to book last minute due to the unfortunate circumstances with Sonder and Marriott and they made everything so much better. Felt safe and helpful. Totally recommend

Attended a concert and decided to stay in chicago due to snow storm, hotel was very accomodating and clean. Rooms were simple with just a bed and shower and TV. Didnt need much else, however there is a full kitchen in the lobby do buy/store/cook groceries and also had complimentary coffee and tea. Although we found a last minute hotel, we were very pleased and would stay here again many times!
