1700 sqft penthouse in the historic west end of the West Loop. Nestled on a quiet street, minutes away from incredible restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, and nightlife. A floor to ceiling gut-rehab was completed in 2019—the space was engineered with hospitality in mind. Featuring large bedrooms, loads of natural sunlight, an outdoor balcony, charging and hydration stations, a pellet grill, and smart home technology. ---------- PARKING There’s free street parking passes that will be on-site for guests throughout the duration of your stay. We will need to know the number of vehicles to ensure that we have enough parking passes available. One private parking space is available in the back of the building upon request and approval.
---------- CHECK-IN TIME Typically, guests may receive the keys and drop their bags in the condo as early as 1pm. The cleaners do need until 3PM to do their work. If you'd like to drop your bags early, we can usually accommodate you.
If you'd like to take a nap or shower right away, and the night before your stay isn't booked yet, let's discuss early check-in options.

The entire condo is yours during your stay! You will not share this condo with anyone outside of your own group!
Guests may request an early bag drop off as early as 1:00PM, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate, but we will try our best. In the cases that we can accommodate, bags can be dropped off after which time we ask that you leave the condo until 3:00PM to let the cleaners finish cleaning.

Our group of seven does an annual hockey trip to a new location each year and the place was perfect for our desires as we were all able to stay in the same apartment and have comfortable sleeping arrangements - and we are a group of people in our 30s and 40s ranging in heights from very short to very tall. The raised shower head in the second bathroom was great for our very tall member.The management team and the ease of check-in and check-out were great.The primary beds were very soft (which I really appreciate but my wife isn’t as big a fan). The other beds were quite comfortable from what the group said, even the mattress for the floor slept to large folks and gave comfort for the both of them. There was enough space in both the kitchen and living room
The property was very clean and a short drive from downtown. Very easy to reach out to property manager with any questions. Property was very comfortable.
We had a great stay. Location is easy walk to green or pink line Ashland station. Also easy walk (15 min) to West Loop shops/restaurants. Parking on street was easy (Thanksgiving holiday). Communication with owner was great. Check in was described well and easy to follow but there are a lot of steps - code for gate, code for lockbox, code for door and lots of literal steps to 4th floor. Butfelt very secure. Unitclean.somBuildingsecure.
I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the owner. The condo was clean and neat when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and the location was perfect for us. This owner has gone above and beyond for me. I accidentally had a couple of Amazon packages delivered to the condo address. Owner graciously agreed to forward my packages to my home address.
All in all, a great experience!
The apartment was big. There were 4 adults in our group, and on our last day we realized that we really hadn't used the front half of the place at all.
It's about 3 blocks from an L train stop, and 1 block from 2 bus stops. Fairly easy to get to and from.
It's a 4 floor walk up, so if you can't handle stairs this isn't the right place for you.
We had a blast though. Super clean, really nice hosts, and my shower was hot with great water pressure.
Perfect location for a sports fan. Walking to a Bulls/Blackhawk game, priceless. Train to soldier field, great. The home was a place to rest. This location, you shouldn't be indoors for long, depending on Chicago weather.
This property did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for 7 adults and enjoyed the common areas as well as the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and pleased with everything. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing time meeting friends in Chicago! The location of the renal is perfect!! So many great things to do in this area. The Host was amazing and available for all questions and answered in a timely manner! I would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location, and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is large and comfortable for our group. The balcony was a nice place to hang out. Had everything we needed and the owners were very helpful and provided great communication about everything we needed including recommended restaurants in the area. We did feel the unit could use some maintenance and it is a bit of a climb for older guests.
This property is perfect location in the loop, easy access for uber or using the "L". Spacious enough for our group of 5, we used the balcony nightly, with a great view of the King and Queen in the foreground.Local food / bar's / grocery make it convenient. Check in was easy, and we appreciated the host letting us put or luggage in the house before check in.We would recommend this property!!
