Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, great location near everything! Lots of parking. Only issue was that there wasn’t hot water, warm at best. I had to run shower for at least 5-8 minutes to get the warm water.
My family and I had a nice time at this property. The breakfast was good and the hotel was able to make sure that the children were able to get into the pool. Only thing was the hot tub did not work. We will definitely be back.
Breakfast was delicious, the pool area clean but the hut tub did not work. Def needs upgrades, older hotel. Staff was excellent though and we had plenty of room.
We regularly stay here when we have events in the area. The staff is great, rooms are comfortable, but on our recent stay the boiler kept going down. Our showers were freezing! Please fix the boiler!

Pool was decent, hot tub was cold
Room was Sticky, all over, the other guests were yelling and banging doors till 330am, staff did nothing, if I had no other options id stay again
The staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The pool area in the hot tub area was excellent with great views of the sky all around very happy with this day. We’ll be back again thank you so much.
It has been a while since i actually enjoy my stay in a Chicago hotel close to the airport. Me and my kids loved the place, everybody was so nice, they had fresh brewed coffee ALL DAY, my kids loved the breakfast, and it was pet friendly, even staff petted my dogs. Loved how quiet it was.
The staff was good. The lobby was in good condition, but the rest of the property was a bit run down. Our room, 315, was good as we got the 2-room suite. We had running hot water it took a while to get hot. That was my biggest concern based on the other negative reviews. The room on the left, standing in the kitchen looking into the living room, had no issue getting hot water but it took a few minutes. The room on the right had issue where you need to turn the shower knob between the 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions to get hot water. Don't turn it all-the-way clockwise until it hits the stop or else you'll get a barely warm water temperature. This is more of a shower valve installation issue. The shower off position was different between the rooms. My guess is that is the same case with the other rooms where other people stayed and complained about having no hot water. Overall, it was a good stay as the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was okay for needs, as a typical continental style breakfast.
