our initial room had a really loud AC like screeching noise from a fan and they moved us right away. valet was also easy. well worth the price. this place was unexpectedly so close to millenium park and we were able to walk around with comfort. highly recommend if you want to see the bean!

What is liked the most is the location. It is walkable distance from clark station which makes is extremely convenient for travellers to commute from Airport.
