We only stayed for a night but it was perfect! Within walking distance to Seat Geek stadium, clean and friendly staff to help you with anything you need! If we are in the area again we will absolutely stay here again.

The amenities are excellent within the hotel, I had picked up 2 queen beds room it would have been good if there is end table on the bed both sides.

Just stayed the one night for a place to sleep never ventured out. Hotel was very clean only thing I remember the person that checked us in wasn’t too pleasant and checking out person wasn’t around for 15 minutes. We had questions otherwise we would have left cards in checkout box. When person came back no apologies for wait.

Overall decent stay. Had to swich switch rooms because we found a blood stain on the sheets, and the mattress was HEAVILY soiled! During a second night, the hotel ran out of face towels. Despite those issues, I would stay at the hotel again.

OK but needs some work on service delivery
Lobby was perpetually dirty. Breakfast offerings were meager - we expect a wafflemaker at Hamptons and while there was a station for it, there wasn't a wafflemaker. Were not given towels for all 4 guests. Bath gel was out; had to request extras.

The front desk personnel were very friendly, food was good but the carpet in the hallways were not vacuumed, they were also lacking certain things such as change for the laundry and deodorant. The gym could invest in some basic attachments for the cable machine such as v-bar, rope, curl bar and straight bar. Simple things that would not require a large monetary investment but would enhance the experience. These are small things that could improve the hotel greatly.
