This was just what we needed for a 1 night stay to be close to my son's football game. The pool was nice, the room was large enough for my party of 6 and we enjoyed the free breakfast.

This property is fantastic! The room is super clean, the bed is so comfortable, the lobby is beautiful. The staff is fantastic, Dave checked us in and he is probably the most friendly and outgoing front desk person I have ever met, he made this stay go from great to excellent!

This property is well maintained and rooms seemed very clean. The only negative we experienced was the 75.00 pet fee. Our dog is crated at night while we sleep and never left in the room while we are gone. Just another fee to tack on

The staff were friendly, and the room was great! It was clean and spacious. Our Issue was with the location and design of the hotel. We had a room that was right outside the lobby, close to the elevators and the pool facilities. There was no separation or doors from the main lobby and every time guests would come in, you could hear everything. This hotel was located near two event centres. Whenever other guests returned (often intoxicated and obnoxious) we would hear them. i’m not just talking about normal quiet chatter or walking to your room, and open/closing the door. I’m talking about loud yelling across the hall, laughing continuing to party in the halls/in front of the elevator etc. This carried on until about 1:30am. It would be different guests, and each time, would only carry on for a few minutes, but enough time to continuously wake you up. There was nobody at the desk at those times as if you wanted service you had to push a button and i guess someone would have come down(?). In the future, I will pay more attention to where our room is located, as there was no difference or discount in the price of the room.

I had trouble with my booking. It was on Expedia’s end, not the hotel. I had to make several calls to the front desk. The staff was very patient and as helpful as they could be with a third party reservation. Check-in was easy. Front desk staff was accommodating. Room exceeded my expectations! I travel frequently and wipe down surfaces upon check-in with alcohol wipes. This was the very first time the wipe was white after I wiped down surfaces. I travel from coast to coast so I was very impressed. Breakfast was delicious!

Awesome facility. Helpful staff-shower handle was placed too high to loosed and lower..staff came with step ladder and fixed it within 10 minutes. Close to highway with multiple choices in easy access for dining and shopping.

A short drive off the main highway means it was so quiet! Easy to get to. Friendly responsive staff. We stayed 1 night. Noted any housekeeping services are only by request before 10 am for the day. Breakfast was fair including premade egg omletes, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, pancake maker, cereals, breads, OJ, milk, water, coffee station. The only syrup was flavored. Would have preferred maple as an option, to be picky. We had enough towels but they were not soft. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was firm but with a pillow top so it was a great combo of support & comfort. 4 pillows on the bed were fluffy and worked well for both of us. Chaise lounge & desk were nice in the room. We would certainly stay again.

It was very clean and within walking distance to the arena that we went to for a concert. There was a main event entertainment spot for the kids to play within walking distance also. Lot’s of food options near by as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our family. It was a great experience.

Great Stay!
We loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Hoffman Estates! We were making our way to Michigan and had to stop for the night and it was a perfect spot in our travels. If we head that way again, we will make sure to stop back there for a stay.

I have stayed here several times and love everything about it. Clean facilities and rooms. Convenient to shopping, eating and easy on off the tollway. Breakfast is always great and is served early.
