This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a fast paced city environment close to many attractions. So many different restaurants and sites in one area. Each to get around with E-Bikes and scooters near the park, which is only a block away from this property. My only complaint was how loud the appliances are at night lol.

everything was clean top to bottom, the washer and dryer with a few pods was a nice little surprise, the luggage storage was super easy and convenient to use! location is 10/10 right near the train which is awesome for getting everywhere (since it’s so close it it a little noisy but you’re left with earplugs for sleeping which i thought was kind!) walkable to millennium park and the river walk which were top on our list as first time visitors. we plan on coming back in the winter months and will be staying here again!!

We had a great stay visiting Chicago for the first time. It is a most convenient location, right off the train stations, around the corner from some must-see sites. We were here for 2 baseball games and it was easy to hop on train for both. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I definitely felt secure in the unit, which is a priority for me, along with cleanliness. It was clean to my satisfaction. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Far more space compared to hotel room. Modern and comfortable. Washer & dryer a real plus! The location was within walking distance to Millennium Park, Art Institute and even Riverwalk. Easy access to ride share for further excursions. I believe I will rent again on my next visit.

The location was excellent. It was so clean and well taken care of. My only thing was I didn’t like how the front door of the complex was always unlocked and anybody can walk in. However, having to punch in your security code to get onto your level was great to have the extra security. Would highly recommend for future visitors.

I loved the washer dryer . The ac was out it looked like but they gave me a standalone unit without having to ask. It was a little noisy but nothing I couldn’t sleep through. I asked to extend my stay multiple times but never heard from anyone. Other than that would still recommend! Very close to a lot of transport

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean with limited noise from the L train. They provided ear plugs and white noise machines, if needed. They communicate quickly and efficiently via the Expedia app and you can’t beat the location. I would stay here again after a very pleasant experience. The luggage storage was full but I utilized another service down the street (bounce) at the art store.
