The host was top notch!!! She had the place decorated for Christmas beautifully! She had a fabulous coffee bar, snacks for us, and so much printed information of things to do in the area. The property is fantastic! Great location, where you can walk to several stores and restaurants. The host was excellent going above and beyond leaving us a note upon arrival with local events going on such as the walkable farmers market and live music. What an awesome stay! All the little touches to make us feel right at home. Super comfy furnishings and cool decor gave our girls trip a wonderful home base. Best Lincoln Park location walkable to restaurants and Target just a block away. Space for everyone to be together or have alone time. The upstairs deck was great for an afternoon glass of wine and stargazing at night. Our host was prompt with communication and would definitely stay again.

Kelly's place was just as cute in person as the pictures! She has great taste and everything inside was very charming and inviting. We had plenty of space to stretch out, and very much appreciated all of the suggestions for places to eat and drink.Just something to note, the building is incredibly well maintained but older, so you will hear the floors squeaking when someone is walking on the floor above you, and the staircases are a bit steep. Nothing that was an issue at all for us at all though! There were so many nice touches, between the snacks, the lighted makeup mirrors, and the kitchy decor, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Lincoln Park Home

The home was as pictured. Kelly was a fantastic host and replied very quickly with any of our needs. The place was adorable in a great location. The amenities were above average. There was great written communication about the home and suggestions of what to do & where to eat. The only issue we had was having 2 toddlers on 3 floors and their desire to climb the stairs, which I should have anticipated! You probably want to carry them up & down too. I understand Kelly will be adding baby gates which would help if you are considering this home.

80's bach weekend

The girls went to Depaul so they got to hang out at their old stomping grounds. The house was exactly what they needed. As mentioned you thought of everything. Its a little smaller then pictured and the stairs can be steep for some, young and old. But the style and location was perfect. Kelly was great and super responses. The weather was good so they were able to take advantage of the deck too. Thanks for helping in making a memorable wedding week for my bride. Its hard to not have fun in such a lively decorated condo.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Penny. The host is so kind and professional. Her thoughtfulness extends to the perfectly appointed home and considerate details. She even has an HDMI cord available, which we used to play content from a laptop on the TV. Would highly recommend!

Location Location Location

This somewhat funky, eclectic spot is in a great neighborhood. Though it lacks an essential “neighborhood “ ingredient ( a porch to watch the world go by), it has a good outdoor gathering place on the second floor. The stairs are tight, and no bathroom on the main floor is a puzzle, it was quite comfortable and served as our family meeting place.
