This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The master suite is top of the line with 2 huge closets, a marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.

This home is also an easy drive to the McCormick Place for Conventions and an easy drive or bus straight down Ashland to the United Center to catch a Blackhawks or Bulls game or other event.

Great location, lots of space for gathering and hanging out. Tons of sleeping areas, air mattresses couches, futons, etc. Great for large groups of adults. Caution: Lots of stairs.

Awesome place

the house is beautiful!

We had a little spring break getaway, and this was a perfect home base. Host was responsive and helpful, and the house had everything we needed to have a home away from home. Highly recommend this location, lots of space and a central location.

Chicago visit!

The property has great potential and we had a good time. We expected light bulbs to work, stove to be clean, showers to be cleaner. a clean deck, jets did not work in tub, down fridge was either not cold enough or it froze things, grounds in the coffee pot when we arrived, one sink stopper in master bath is broken. We do not want to sound overly harsh but we have rented a lot of houses and were a little disappointed.

The location of this property is very good and having a 2 car garage was very valuable. The AC and water pressure of the showers worked very well. There was plenty of space for the 7 adults we had staying at this house. The cleanliness of the place needs to improve. The beds need to be replaced or improved.
