General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Trip to Chicago was made more fun/ memorable by staying in this home. Location provided a good vantage point to explore the city— we walked to many excellent restaurants and shops.
Perfect location to visit family in Logan Square area and walk to all the neighborhood offers. Easy to check in and the apartment is great - high ceilings, luxury shower, and kitchen had everything we needed.
Disturbing creaking sound in the floor from upstairs and floor where we stay. Suppose quiet hours did not apply for we could hear foot steps from upstairs. Good location for where we plan to visit.
Very comfortable and well appointed with luxury bathroom. Upstairs neighbor had a new puppy, so somewhat noisy but not disruptive. Lula's Cafe is one of many good local dining options. If you’re lucky you will find a nearby parking place.
Great neighborhood to get out, walk the town, visit the Sunday farmer's market, talk to locals, and so much more. Located in a hip-and-happening area with a lot to do.

Exceeded expectations. The number of entities that we had to go through when booking was a bit puzzling, but I'm glad we got through because everything was excellent.
Spacious, clean 2bedroom flat on Logan Blvd, near everything. Quiet but dark, as it is north facing. Had toilet plumbing issue but it was quickly fixed.

Nice and walkable area
Check in/out process was not communicated on time, so it was a little nerve racking, but other than that, the listing was nice.
Also, the space does not really accommodate for 6 - it’s a two bedroom with two Queen sized beds and a couch.
The accommodations are beautiful, well appointed, clean, and spacious. We walked to fabulous restaurants and were a short Lyft ride downtown. The bathroom with its multiple shower heads and a jetted tub is worth the stay alone. We felt pampered and enjoyed staying in as much as we had fun exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend! Our only hiccup was communicating with the property manager. Emails from two different services made who we were communicating with very confusing. Eventually we got sorted and had a great trip.
This was a wonderful extended stay. Things of note - parking is fairly available and wasn't too stressful on the street. Also easy to get anywhere on foot or train. The in ceiling speakers weren't working (aka no music, but just a nice to have). The shower has great water pressure. The place is clean. The washing machine has a bit of a smell. Nothing unbearable. Kitchen is well equipped, but no real pantry cabinet to store much food anywhere. Beds are reasonably comfortable, and closet space was fine. Layout of the dual sinks in the bathroom is a bit...odd. The second one is in front of the toilet. But wasn't a real issue, just used the first sink instead. The only two things to note -- it doesn't get a ton of light during the day -- pretty shady inside. And the TV is super slow and has some kind of line going through the image that was annoying. But to be honest, I spent most of my time out in the city. And this was a great safe, warm and welcoming place to lay my head at night. Would absolutely come back again.
Cute neighborhood of row houses. Walking distance to restaurants, subway and stores. Quick drive to the city. Clean, cute and the communication with the owner was fast and helpful. The only con for me, which might be a pro for others, was the beds were a little hard.
We had a wonderful four nights weekend in this Logan Square apartment. It was great to come home and relax here at the end of a day of walks and museums. The kitchen has plenty of room and all the basics; we cooked nearly every night. Shopping, restaurants and transit are all in easy walking distance. The house is on a tree-lined service road parallel to the main road, so it's fairly quiet and shady. Parking was easy. We occasionally heard the neighbors upstairs, but it was never a bother. The bathroom has a great rain shower. Beds and couches were comfortable. I'd stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Logan Square is easy to park and walk around in and has so many close amenities - coffee, restaurants, shopping, train, freeway, etc. The house was clean and well stocked and the owner was super responsive and flexible with us. Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it. The apartment is spacious and beautifully equipped. It definitely exceeded our expectations and photos didn’t do it justice. We also loved being a five minute walk to all of Logan Square. Our car didn’t move for almost the entire week! Parking is free in front of the apartment, which was also a bonus. We are recommending this place to my in-laws when they visit us this summer!
