Four full bathrooms each have a walk in glass enclosed shower, a meticulously stocked chef's kitchen with all of the accouterments that go with such a kitchen, a dining table that truly seats the same number of guests the apartment sleeps - this is THE home away from home you want for your stay in Chicago.

Bachelor & Bachelorette groups love our space - but note that as live in owner's we're pretty particular about welcoming only the best behaved, so if your group is looking for a beautiful, comfortable space, and especially if you imagine sitting together around the dining table over a dinner or brunch together (we can even suggest local caterers) - we are THE vacation rental for you!
**If you're a group that's coming ONLY to bar hop and party all night - we might not be the space for you.... (we're a family friendly building and aren't keen on lots of drunken guests stumbling in at 3 AM ;-( **

Please note the frontline rate shown on some listing sites is for our minimum number of guests and may not include EXTRA guest fees or taxes or the housekeeping fee. Your final quote will include those totals.

If you're heading to Chicago and looking to be near downtown but want a more neighborhood experience with friendly, knowledgeable transcontinental hosts, our amazing, bright and sunny 1800 square foot loft just might be the perfect fit for you.

We are always there for you! Communication prior to arrival, at check-in, and through check-out is handled through a private WhatsApp chat group that we set up for your stay. Because we do not have a front desk and coordinate arrivals in real time, participation in this group by at least one arriving guest is required so we can ensure you are met promptly and not left waiting if plans change. For larger non-family groups, we may ask that multiple guests be included—this helps avoid delays and allows our team to respond quickly throughout your stay. This ensures a smooth arrival and a great experience for everyone.

Please note that the person making the reservation must be part of the traveling group and present at check-in. Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior approval. The primary guest staying at the property is required to sign our rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID prior to arrival. As we do not have a front desk, direct real-time communication with at least one arriving guest is required on the day of arrival to coordinate check-in. We typically use WhatsApp for this, as it allows our team to respond quickly if arrival times change.
