* No parties or events of any kind (including birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties). NO PARTY $1000 fine policy. You may be evicted without a refund.

* Registered guests only — the number of guests must match the reservation.

* Quiet hours after 10:00 PM — no loud music or disturbances.

* Strictly no smoking anywhere in the unit or building. A $250 fee will apply, and the reservation may be canceled.

* Guests assume responsibility for their stay. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness.

* Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility.
• 24/7 security cameras monitor common areas only (hallways). No cameras inside the unit.

PLEASE NOTE: After 6 guests, a $15 per additional guest, per night fee will apply.
