This property was sparsely occupied and the smoke free rooms have 0 ability to keep the smoke from the smoking rooms from intruding into your room, I stayed all of 20mins before requesting a refund and heading to the doubletree about 5miles south

The facility was quiet and easy to check into. The staff was responsive, and kind and I was able to gt checked in quickly without any issues.

Only complaint about the facility is that I am 6’3” tall and the shower heads hit me in the chest. Who can take a shower like that?

It was what I would expect from an inexpensive motel (based on today's inflated prices). I was surprised that they did not even have shampoo, but the service and cleanliness were fine and coffee was provided in the lobby in the morning. The motel seemed to have an "institutional" feel to it, mostly due to its age.

THE PLACE HAS BURN HOLES IN THE BLANKETS, IN THE SMOKEING ROOMS. I also told the staff about seeing roaches, In the bathrooms of two different rooms we have stayed in. They also need to wash the sheets better, and wash the blankets better.

This hotel needs improvement.
Even though there are no smoking sign, but they let people smoking inside the rooms. I wake up like smell like a cigarette! Heater takes extremely long time to heat up the room! With that kind of room doesn't deserve this kind of room rate! I am totally disappointed!!!!!!

When we arrived the check in was terrible. She was very rude. Asking us why we were ringing the doorbell. Well she wasnt at the counter and we were trying to check in. My wife and i were dressed nice it was a beautiful sunny 70 something degree day, we traveled from out of town to go to an event and the lady was very rude again and said oh so you guys think this weather is going to stay this way? I was taken back. We were enjoying the day and trying to enjoy our time which was ruined right away. Not inviting at all. She sould not be allowed to talk to guest's that way. Shes the first person to greet the guests and she was very IGNORANT! Theres much more which i will be contacting the proper personal accordingly.

No telephone service. You have to walk to office to communicate
Maintenance staf not available in the night

Arrived at hotel at 10pm. Was told by front desk they did not my reservation from Expedia. Front desk found a cancellation. I never canceled. I had to go find another hotel at 10 pm.Do not stay at this motel 6.

RUSHED TO VACATE MY ROOM
My stay was just OK maybe. I didn't get into my room until around 11PM and was woken up by the cleaning lady pounding on my door asking to conduct her room service at 9AM. Check out is not until 11AM . In my opinion I paid for a 24 hour visit inside a room not why I was not granted privacy for the short time I was actually in the room.

The staff was very nice, but the room in this location didn't have a microwave or refrigerator which made the stay not pleasant.

For what they charge, I absolutely give them 5 stars. Room and bathroom are very clean and organized. The staff are very helpful with a beautiful smile always. The AC is perfect. The last but not the least, the area is great; it is close to market and many restaurants.
