Relax alone or with family at this peaceful place in very quiet neighborhood.
Single family house with 1600 sq ft ,it has everything what you need to leave and relax for a few days ,it's equiped with all necessary basic kitchen ,appliances and beddings.
Attached garage, private backyard.
I keep the house nice and clean,but you have to know that is a older house.
50% cheaper than any other house in the 20miles area,
Guest access th e whole house
No WiFi, no TV ,no Air conditioning, sorry.
Everything in the house is basic.

Quiet neighborhood and fenced in yard for our dogs was nice. Home has bare basics to lay your head for the night. No toilet paper allowed in the toilets. Bucket under kitchen sink needs to be dumped. Leaky toilet in back fills up with water every 20 min or so (not loud but can wake you up if sleeping in attached bedroom).
