Worst hotel experience by far. Rooms are absolute trash and smell like cigarettes. I probably walked out of that room with every disease under the sun.

The room wasnt clean when we got there. We watched as the staff cleaned it but we noticed they did not change the sheets. When we asked if they did, one said yes and the other said no. We decided not to stay there and they would not give us a refund.

Pulling up I found a bunch of broken down and busted cars in the parking lot, which should have been my first sign. Checking in, the staff was very rude and short. No official check in system seemed to be in place. Originally I thought I had the wrong room because the door wasn't opening - which turned out to be because it stuck to the frame exceedingly bad (took excessive force to fully open or close). The inside was covered with stains on the walls, childish stickers on the dresser, but marks on the comforter, and a window vent in the bathroom that would not shut. Most the outlets were protruding from the walls and didn't appear safe, and the one in the bathroom didn't work at all. There was one light in the entire room, which was a dull Iamp barely making everything visible at night. The cable on The tv was going in and out every 5-10 minutes. The sink in the bathroom wasn't connected properly and leaked water onto the floor. Even the towels were very cheap - paper thin and irritating to the skin, as well as small. For checking out, they just collected the room key - did not ask for what room or how anything was. Only plus was it was reasonably close to the venue I was going to (The Wire). Overall awful time. Sketchy place.

STAY AWAY!
The parking lot was filthy. Looking around, you'd wonder if you were safe to stay there. The attendant was rude from the second I walked in, barking that she didn't have a room for me (although I had a copy of my confirmation from Hotels.com). She said "they" never fax them the information. After handing her the confirmation and asking that she please look again, she found a room. My thought would be that this is a very seedy hotel. Of the few television stations, three were not fit for children if you get my meaning. The toilet seat was BEHIND the toilet, which I had to put in place before using. The window in the bathroom didn't lock. And the other visitors in the hotel stayed up arguing, partying, and other activities too seedy to mention. This is a NO GO! I've stayed at many hotels from Hotel.com, but this by far was the worst. Choose ANY other hotel. And, it's not like this was $27.00. It was $68.00!!! Ridiculous to think they would be a choice on Hotels.com.

It wasn't the cleanest place I ever stayed at the toilet seat wasn't cleaned at all the outlets to plug my phone charger in or lose behind the butt cause a fire so kind of disappointed it just stay there

Don't bother
We reserved a room online only to arrive after a 4 hour drive that reservations are not accepted or guaranteed. Then why have your site available for online bookings? This caused a huge stress on what was supposed to be a great weekend. We ended up finding an alternate location last minute but had to pay twice what we had budgeted for. Needless to say we will NOT be returning or using Expedia again. Awful experience.

Stayed here in 2016 for a rock festival. Dirty doesn't even best describe it but it was a place to sleep. Came back in 2017 for the same event. No rooms were ready and.there was only a window of a few hours in which someone would be there to check us in so we had to find another hotel. Terrible service and terrible neighborhood.

Dirty, run down, and a scam.
I booked a room with a king bed. They gave me a queen and charged me the king rate. When I complained they claimed there was nothing they could do. All of their microwaves were supposedly broken. The room was dirty. Some of the air conditioners were leaking coolant everywhere. There is a derelict Crown Victoria taking up two spots in the parking lot. If I had any other choice I would have walked away the moment they tried to charge me.

The rooms are dirty and in bad condition. The amnesties mentioned are not provided. The hotel staff wondered why those are mentioned on Expedia and they have no answer for that.

This Place Was a Shock
Parking lot was well lit. Abandoned Crown Vic with flat tires was parked there. Requested a NON-Smoking Room. Received a Smoking room, The clerk suggested a room with a King size bed for $20.00 more then my booked price. I told him I want the room I booked (Queen size bed). Room was musty, What a bait and switch... a queen size headboard is attached to the wall. Then there is a free standing TWIN size bed. I did not get what I paid for. ...it goes on... This motel web site indicated there are amenities. After a while, I needed to use the toilet, noticed, (NOT 1 BAR OF SOAP) YIKES, How unsanitary. After that, we left... Promise, I will not return. HOTELS.COM, I hope you see this review and take action.

My boyfriend and I have terrible bed bug bites all over us. I had to throw away several of my belongings due to staying here. I am mortified and disgusted.

Great location but the hotel can use some repairs. The jucuzzi suites are too expensive for it not to be a coffee machine or microwave in it.

Shocked
My husband and I found this to be a decent place. I am disabled, so to have ADA parking in front of room and a handle in bath so I could feel independent was a reward. Also the hotel is conveniently located next to a grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations. What's more is it is only a few blocks from North Riverside Mall. Oh, the closing deal was that the staff was helpful with a smile.

This hotel was dirty, the staff is very rude and the customer service is the worse, I had already paid for my reservation via Hotels.com and they wanted to charge me once again saying they did not go through hotels.com

I moved out after first hour!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bedding dirty, stained; bed bugs running around in flocks!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I said I moving out ASAP and want full refund, they tried to charge me for those couple hours what I wasted there. Old lady in reception didn't talk to me - she barked and screamed!!!

I got stranded in the city my train wouldn't leave for a while and I stayed here for the amazing price. I just wished that the hot water faucet worked.

Do not stay here!
The room was not clean. The sheets were dirty. The room smelled. I would not recommend this hotel to any human being. This hotel needs to be tore down and rebuilt. Everything is old. I will rather stay in my car then stay here. This is friendly advice.

Cheap place for Jacuzzi
The room is suppose to be a romantic suite, but falls short of that. Outdated decor, amateur paint/plaster job with drips all over the place, grout marks still on the tiles, chipped bath tub, loud air conditioning unit, and you get the idea. Thought the mirror above bed would add some spice, but it's a polished aluminum sheet that's warped so looking up reminds me of those fun house mirrors, yep so sexy seeing that. Best part of room is the large Jacuzzi, could sit four in it. Oh, as an extra note the toilet was horrible. One of those super water saving one (in a room with a Jacuzzi), that barely flushed. Had to fill ice bucket a couple times to add to tank so it could flush just tissue.
