Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Ac worked great. The only thing was the tv. Not many channels. Most of them kept cutting off service. But overall a great experience. Would recommend.

It’s close to public transportation so it’s easy to get into the city. The AC worked but was janky, none of the buttons worked so you had to unplug it to turn it off. It was somewhat clean, but still had its dirty spots. The room fits the amount you pay for it.

The staff was friendly & helpful & the room clean. Problems with the room were: electrical outlet by bathroom sink didn't work, I couldn't get the air conditioner to power off so I had to unplug it, & the tv made a static noise every few minutes while on.

Too many roaches, my key card kept locking. Only 1 person on the staff was helpful. It was extremely ghetto and the only good thing was the TV channel lineup. And the hot water for showers.

The CONS: The property itself was old and could use renovation. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. Despite being in an accessible room there was no fridge, something to consider if you take meds that require cooling. The room was accessible for the most part, but the desk chair would have to be moved if you in a wheelchair. The bathroom was accessible with roll in shower and had a shower bench and a handheld shower head. The supply hose for the shower head was taped, this is a $20 replacement. The floor in the bathroom is not leveled properly that it creates a puddle in the bathroom, which is a slipping hazard. The PROS: Sink is accessible, bed was super comfy, staff is super nice. Check in was smooth with Marzette. Location is convenient, everything is close by. Denny’s is across the street. The hotel was quiet.

Outside was clean however it was clear people stayed extended time here. The carpet was dirty and shower had hair in it. And various spots on wall have different stuff on them. Upon inspection could be food pop candy idk and the mop area smell like mildew... room smelled..but I only needed a nap before another shift at airport

In less than 24 hours of staying here, i have had to change rooms FOUR times! They tried to put me in a room on the second floor seeing that I had a wheelchair but because I wasnt sitting in it I got a dirty look when I asked if there was elevators and he told me no stairs only. I said I have a wheelchair how am I suppose to get to it? So he put me in a room on the first floor. I get all my luggage to the room and went to turn the ac on but when I turned it on it didnt blow and it made a loud noise. So I walked back to the front office and notified him. He moved me rooms again, so after I got everything moved to the new room I was going to relax but when I pulled the blanket back I found a dead bug in the "just put on sheets". Housekeeping did come and chamge the fitted sheet but left the top sheet, blanket amd pilloows the same. Later, in that same room, i see a cockroach on the floor. I tried to kill it but it had ran under the dresser. So afraid to put anything anywhere other touch anything i was extremely uncomfortable. Also in the bathroom there looked to have been a previous water leak because you can see where the paint had been stretched from the water but all thru did to resolve that was drain the water from the pocket and they left the loose sagging paint as is. I went back to the front desk explaining look there was a bug in the sheets and I found a cockroach in there im uncomfortable staying in there, theu said we can move you rooms again. Very accommodating staff is super friendly We had a problem. Which could happen anywhere the chain on the toilet broke again that could happen anywhere but the best part was the maintenance guy was there in less than an hour and it was fixed and it works perfect now that’s the only reason I brought it up not that it broke was how fast how fast they fix it.

Rooms are dirty, sheets and curtains are stained, pet hair all over the box spring cover (I did not bring pets), roaches everywhere, no in room fridge or microwave, housekeeping won’t come even when requested, laundry personnel very “upset” when you request fresh towels, toilet clogged for 1 week of my stay, WiFi is non existent, and the “security” deposit doesn’t get refunded after your stay like they say it will. Save yourself the headache, or set your expectations extremely low. The only good thing about this stay were the front office staff who are friendly and helpful to the best of their extent.
