The worst part was the parking cost and distance. Valet parking would be a great addition. Everything else was great. Breakfast was very good as well with lots of options. Very clean and staff were awesome.

I came in from Detroit for my birthday. They accommodated me to check in a little bit early and the bar that drinks everything was good and the breakfast buffet was really good.

Was a great stay, staff not very flexible. Asked for a late Checkout was quickly told no, and gentleman downstairs told me I couldn’t use the entrance door on his side of the room as it made him cold. Otherwise awesome stay, breakfast is very well done with many options and hot food as well. Only a 12 minute walk from Amtrak Union Station.

Loved the location and the complimentary breakfast is the best one I’ve ever had at a hotel! Tons and tons of breakfast options including vegetarian. The ONLY complaint I have is for the pull out sofa, the bedding had someone else’s disgusting black hair all over it. Called down and the staff replaced it, but that shouldn’t happen in the first place. Other than that, excellent stay!

The property was great and the staff amazing. I don’t like the walk to the elevator to the Bell tower. I have to give complements to housekeeper, she did an excellent job on the room everyday.

Nice hotel, location was great and staff was courteous. We drove in, parking was 1/2 a block away and it was easy to get in and out. The room wasn't quite as big as it looked online but it did have sleeping accomodations for all four of us. The beds were not the most comfortable I slept in but also not the worst.

I stayed in this hotel with my little ones and it was very clean, affordable, luxury feel, and it was conveinent to where I needed to be. The hotel gives you access to the nearest parking garage which wasn't bad at all. I will plan to stay here again.

Everything was great. The bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options, close walking distance to everything you need. We just parked our car at the garage and walked, took the bus or train all weekend. Plenty of space. We'll be staying here on our next trip. Everyone was so kind and helpful

Room was amazing, complete kitchen, super confortable, the breadfast had a complete food choice for every kind of diet or regular food. The Roanoke Restaurante in had really a good food with the best price for Steak in the downtown. Definitely I will back and recommend them.

This hotel is convenient to Union Station and everything. All employees were warm, helpful and very hospitable. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was also very clean along with wonderful hotel amenities. We shall return often!

Great Hotel
Everything was ok, we arrive sunday late night due to weather after a 12 hour flight from Spain and all the staff was very friendly and help us make the check inn fast. Room was great . Breakfast perfect . Overall I will recommend this Hotel from now. Location is good near lots of points of interest by waking distance

The hotel was good but parking situation wasn't clear, traveling with elderly parents was difficult enough as it is, could be made more clear how it works.

Good downtown stay
Comfortable and quiet room. Room could have been cleaner , wiped down better. Shower had old soap bar left in there, not huge but can tell not bleached well. Building is older but classic . Large dining area for bar and breakfast in mornings. Easy access

This hotel was perfect for our stay with our 2 kids. The room was spacious and the kitchen was great for quick meals/snacks. The area was quiet and we felt comfortable walking back in the late evening. We loved how walkable it was to Millennium Park, the Mag Mile and the subway to/from O’Hare. We were able to easily walk with our luggage a few blocks to and from the hotel. The breakfast was WONDERFUL! So many options, spacious dining room, and a great way to start each morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago!
