Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host were very attentive and our stay was nice until the day we checked out. During the morning of our checkout, the elevators were down for “regular maintenance”. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a lot of luggage. Seems to me like they could have performed this “regular maintenance” on only one elevator at a time instead of shutting down all of the elevators at the same time!! Or, perform the maintenance after the 11:00am checkout and before the 3:00pm check in. Not during the busiest part of the day!!
