Comfortable home a short distance from the loop!

My coworkers and I came to Chicago for a conference and this was the perfect place to stay for it. The rooms were well separated so noise didn't travel between them, and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating, and it was only a short distance from downtown Chicago.

Chicago New Year's trip

The house was very clean and confortable. The owner was accomodating and let us drop off our things before the check in time. We could have used some hand towels, but other than that, we had everything we needed.

Great place

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! The place was clean, orderly, warm (it was cold/freezing outside), there were some sweet welcome snacks, and most of all the host responded in a timely fashion. We had a minor issue where there was clogging downstairs due to frozen pipes but the host came immediately the next day to repair everything and even offered us a discount. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

What we wanted and more

This was one of our favorite bookings for our annual family/friends trip. The extra special touches, the snacks & shampoo/conditioner & bathroom accessory etc was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our group and the outings we had planned. The host communicated well with us, and the notes left behind were much appreciated. It was clean, and well maintained for sure. We only wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have used the outdoor area (although it was a good backdrop for our group pictures). We would definitely recommend!!!

Great rental and host

Overall, this rental was very nice and perfect for our bachelorette party. Everything felt clean and taken good care of. The area didn't look the best, but we had no issues. Nice private parking in the back, and plenty of parking on the street. The host was very attentive and caring of a minor issue. Would 10/10 recommend.

The stay was good. Although the areas around the home is really rough and its next to an abandoned home that's boarded up. When we arrived, it was shocking and we almost thought we were at the wrong place. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed the home and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with.
