Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Definitely the worst experience and a totally nightmare

Booked online and the photos look reasonable, but totally got shocked when we checked in. The house was not prepared and the A/C was not on and the house was in 85, and it took more than 6 hours to cool down to 76. The first floor was tolerable though missing many things that were supposed to be there, but bedrooms were total disasters, no clean sheets…bedsheets have large areas of yellow and dark stains, covers have stains too, broken closet…no towels in bathroom… listed as two bathrooms, but actually only one full bathroom, the other half bathroom was not functioning… worst… only 1/4 roll of toilet paper provided in the whole house… had to got to grocery store to buy toilet paper…never seen a house like this bad in VRBO…huge concerns about sanity and the validity as a property being listed anywhere to rent… Note that you are also asked to wash bedsheets and everything before you check out!!!!
